Our Client a Health Insurance company is looking for a System/UAT Tester MARx/IKA for their Detroit MI/Hybrid location.

• Responsible for system and UAT testing within the IKA system.
• This position is responsible for managing system releases and ensuring that functionality is in line with CMS guidelines along ensuring resolution to system defects.
• This position also includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products programs and service to our customers.

• Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
• CMS Guidelines
• MARx and IKA experience
• Required Skills/Experience:

• Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
• CMS Guidelines
• MARx experience
• Data Analysis
• Ability to provide support to internal and external customers
• Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines Chapter 2
• Knowledge of CMS thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
• Knowledge system and UAT testing
• Process improvement exp (Six Sigma etc).
• Education/Certifications Include:
• High School Diploma Required
• 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
• Bachelors degree Preferred
