Compensation & Benefits
???? Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually
???? Relocation Assistance: $2,500 Paid on First Check

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday
???? Additional Schedule Details: Overtime paid when working Saturdays and Sundays. Travel to project sites throughout Ohio may be required.

This opportunity provides hands-on safety leadership for projects primarily focused on civil construction, concrete construction, site development, infrastructure improvements, utility installation, and heavy construction operations .
The Construction Safety Manager will serve as the field safety leader, working directly with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and support the safe execution of civil and concrete construction activities. This position blends field leadership, safety program implementation, contractor oversight, incident management, and safety culture development.
Required Qualifications
✔ OSHA 500 Certification OR OSHA 510 Certification Required
✔ Minimum 5+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ CHST, ASP, CSP, or Other BCSP Credential
⭐ Civil Construction Safety Experience
⭐ Concrete Construction Experience
⭐ Utility and Site Development Experience
⭐ General Contractor Experience
⭐ Excavation and Trenching Safety Experience
