Role Description The Owner Operator Vacuum Truck role is a full-time, on-site position based in Monahans, TX and Midland TX. The owner operator is responsible for safely operating a vacuum truck to load, transport, and unload liquids, sludge, and other materials from job sites such as oilfield locations, industrial facilities, and construction areas. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring equipment during operation, and ensuring proper use of hoses and other attachments. The role involves following work orders, coordinating with dispatch and site supervisors, completing required logs and documentation, and complying with all safety and environmental regulations. The owner operator is also expected to maintain their truck in good working condition, schedule routine service, and represent the company professionally with customers and site personnel.
Qualifications

Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record and experience operating heavy trucks, preferably vacuum trucks or similar equipment.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety procedures, and basic mechanical skills for performing inspections and minor maintenance.
Ability to read and follow work orders, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Physical ability to work in outdoor environments, handle hoses and equipment, and perform tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable work habits, punctuality, and willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as operational needs require.
Experience in oilfield, industrial, or environmental services operations is strongly preferred.
Ownership or access to a well-maintained vacuum truck, appropriate insurance coverage, and ability to meet company compliance requirements.
