About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims, where I developed a passion for helping customers and protecting what matters most. I'm a graduate of Auburn University and Capella University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I also ran track at Auburn and love traveling, seeking new adventures, and even skydived in Dubai!
Serving my community is incredibly important to me. I'm an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA), involved with my local church, and passionate about giving back through service and community involvement.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications: - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
