Job Summary


We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mail Sorters to join our warehouse team. This position involves sorting, organizing, scanning, and preparing mail and packages for distribution. Ideal candidates are reliable, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


Sort incoming mail, letters, and packages by ZIP code, destination, or designated category.
Scan, label, and organize mail for accurate processing and distribution.
Load, unload, and move mail containers or packages as needed.
Inspect mail for proper labeling and identify damaged or incorrectly sorted items.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Previous warehouse, mail sorting, production, or material-handling experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work the assigned shift.
Available Shifts


Morning Shift: Early morning through afternoon.
Evening Shift: Afternoon through evening.
3rd Shift: Overnight through early morning.
