Bachelor's degree from a four year accredited university (REQUIRED) Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills GPA of 3.5 or higher + high SAT/ACT scores Track record of achievement through internships, academic accolades, etc. Proficient with entire MS Suite Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly No prior recruiting experience is required!
