This $300M+ contract encompasses agile transformation and integrating dozens of mission critical applications operating in a public AWS GovCloud that is managed with a hyper-converged datacenter and is protected by a world class active cyber defense solution.Duties and Responsibilities:Developing web pages and necessary frameworks based on web designs using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PHP, etc.Web programming and development for federal requirements including 508 compliance and SCORM conformancePreparing test plans and test case scenarios associated with accessibility standards is requiredConducting Section 508 testing via manual reviews, automated test tools and assistive technologiesRequirements:Minimum Qualifications/Experience:Minimum Five (5) years Front end/UI Web developer/ provides design expertise to ensure that web page design conforms to industry and IRS standards and experienced in a Test Driven Development EnvironmentMinimum Education: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experiencePreferred Certifications: PMP, CSM, ITIL, and/or SAFe CertificationPreferred Other: Must be US Citizen Willingness to travel and/or telecommute on occasion depending on customer needs
